These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the websites ugmission.org and life.ugmission.org (together, the “Site”) and any programs, workshops, courses, events, or other services offered by United Gospel Mission (UGM) through the Site (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site/Services, you agree to these Terms.

Some Services are delivered under our initiative “Leadership Institute for Entrepreneurs (LIFE),” hosted at life.ugmission.org.
You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to use paid Services. You may create an account to view order history and faster checkout; you are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
We strive for accurate descriptions, schedules, and prices. UGM may correct errors, change prices, and update schedules at any time before purchase confirmation. Prices shown are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Razorpay and may include UPI, cards, net-banking, and wallets, subject to availability. By paying, you authorize Razorpay/UGM to process the transaction for the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store full card data on our servers. Payment confirmation: You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email invoice/receipt after successful payment.
For workshops and courses, “delivery” means confirmation of your registration and access details sent to your registered email. Physical shipment is generally not involved unless expressly stated on the product page.

You agree not to misuse the Site/Services, to respect intellectual-property rights, and to comply with all venue and program rules. UGM may remove anyone whose behavior disrupts learning or violates law/policy; fees will be handled per the Refund Policy.
All content (logos, text, images, course materials) is owned by or licensed to UGM and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own learning. Any reproduction, distribution, or public posting of materials requires UGM’s written consent.
The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., video platforms, payment providers). UGM is not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
We collect and use personal information to register participants, issue invoices, and deliver Services. We do not sell your personal data. For details—including security controls and how to contact us—please read our Privacy Policy: https://ugmission.org/privacy-policy/.
Programs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGM disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. UGM’s total liability for any claims relating to a paid Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.
UGM may update program dates, trainers, or formats; significant changes will be notified by email. UGM is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., government orders, pandemics, natural disasters). Refunds/alternatives will follow the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site/Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
